Responsible for participating in the design, development and communication of compelling sales aids, which simplify a complex solution into customer facing visuals.
Being brand guardian and making sure all presentation materials are brand compliant.
Develop wireframes and customer journey maps to support definition of user experience and engage with stakeholders
Develop clickable prototypes/concept designs to support stakeholder engagement and illustrate early design thinking.
Develop Sales Enablement materials such as PPT, Prezi, Product UI, Prototype etc.,
Collect, reflect and take action on feedback from stakeholder interactions, design validation sessions and playbacks.
Work with our regional sales and success teams to develop custom solutions presentations.
Aligns with product development roadmap to ensure a streamlined, visual go to market strategy for new products and solutions.
Develops and maintains a library of communication resources to be localized and used globally to communicate product value and position

Passionate about creative design, branding and all things marketing, the Solutions Designer will visualize customer journey, multichannel marketing, data flows and services using customer-centric design techniques and industry best-practice. Providing a consultative approach when dealing with stakeholders in sales, success and solutions; you will have the confidence to mold technical ideas to creative concepts. Working alongside the sales and solutions departments, the successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of PowerPoint design skills with the ability to visualise complex technical concepts to create visually appealing, compelling communication aids., Strategic thinker that can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and visually appealing presentations
Experience working in Digital Marketing or Web Design/Experience Industry.
Experience of using relevant software packages, i.e., skilled in the use of prototyping tools (IN Vision), Photoshop creative suite, PPT, Prezi etc.,
A track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service
Excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail required.
A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a sense of humor and ability to work with a wide range of personalities will thrive in this role
Software as a Service experience preferred
