Full Job Description
Are you a Sommelier looking for a new opportunity where you can claim your weekends back while still remaining in the high-end dining location?,
- Advise on wine pairing and being able to showcase own knowledge to the guests.
- Setting up for service and assistance with clearing duties.
- Day to day upselling and advising on the wine choice.
- Decanting fine wine.
- Strong knowledge of the onsite wine list.
Min. 1 year of experience as a Sommelier - Strong attention to detail
- Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills.
- Can do attitude and ability to multitask.
- Experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel desirable.
- WSET level 2 or above
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends (approx. 10 per year)
Salary Up to £33,500 per annum +TRONC + BONUS + Meals on duty + Company pension scheme Internal development opportunities 40 hours per week Monday - Friday work pattern, - 33.5K (base + TRONC + GUARANTEED BONUS)
- 40h per week on a Monday - Friday basis
