- Assist in leading the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Collaborate on creative, seasonal menus using locally sourced ingredients
- Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and safety
- Manage inventory, stock orders, and cost control
- Support a positive, team-focused kitchen environment
Passionate about food and culinary innovation - Strong leadership skills with experience in a similar role

- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
