Sous Chef

Hi, I'm looking for Sous chef to help running a small kitchen for a house party themed bar and restaurant group based in Clapham.
The ideal candidate will have some experience with bar food and functions serving canapes and bowl food.
I would consider a Chef de Partie looking for a first Sous Chef experience.
Please bear in mind that since the group operates on a 90% drinks sales, the chef, on quiet nights, will be working solo in the kitchen with the help of a kitchen porter.
There's room to progress within the company .
