Full Job Description
- Be directly involved in the preparation, presentation, producing meals to the highest standards
- Assist in planning menus for our restaurant and event facilities
- Encourage and help to develop the team
- Maintain the health and hygiene of the kitchen
- Manage Food deliveries and stock control
- Have a creative flair
