Full Job Description
- Prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard and in line with the Vacherin style.
- Ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available, coordinate stock ordering and stocktaking for the entire operation.
- Keep kitchen and service areas clean and all COSHH and HACCP procedures and methods up to date.
