Sous Chef

You will work closely with the Head Chef to provide high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals that contribute to the overall well-being of the residents., As the Sous Chef, your focus will be to support the head chef in leading a culinary team that provides a nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality culinary service, which contributes to the overall well-being of the residents and is achieved within budget. You will be responsible for preparing modified diets, supervising and directing the work of culinary staff, and ensuring all food preparation meets the highest hygiene standards.
