An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Sous Chef at a renowned independent gastropub near Wolverhampton. Offering a 4-day work week, this gastropub is known for its innovative menu, excellent service, and welcoming atmosphere-an ideal environment for culinary creativity.

  • Experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a fresh food-focused restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Passion for culinary arts and creativity in dish presentation
  • Due to the location, a valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle are essential.

  • Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per year (based on experience) + Tips + Bonuses
  • Contract: 40-45 hours per week, depending on preference
