Sous Chef

We're seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our luxury brand team at Heathrow Airport. In this role, you'll support our culinary operations, ensuring high standards for a discerning clientele in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position includes early 5 am starts and requires adaptability to meet our brand's high standards.,

• Support the Head Chef in delivering premium-quality dishes
• Oversee kitchen operations, maintaining food safety and brand standards
• Mentor junior team members, ensuring smooth, efficient service
  
  Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Excellent leadership skills and attention to culinary detail
• Ready to take on early start times and excel in a high-energy setting
