Sous Chef

This role supports the Head Chef in running the kitchen and you will be helping to manage the team, delegate and organise tasks and duties.- You will also ensure all health and safety rules are followed, and coach the Chef de Partie's on cooking techniques, dish presentation and allergens.- You will cook alongside the team, creating a variety of dishes and work across all areas of the kitchen, including banqueting, Afternoon Tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

• Previous experience within a high volume kitchen preferably in a leadership role
• Has a real drive to grow career in the hospitality industry
• Demonstrates passion for excellence Empathetic and able to build relationships
• An open personality who is relaxed and natural in their interactions
• Has excellent communication skills and leadership potential
• Accurate with good attention to detail
• Can demonstrate commercial awareness within the context of their role and has previous experience within a similar environment
