Sous Chef

Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our team at ATC Alexander Barracks, Pirbright, Surrey, GU24 0QQ.You will be responsible for the day to day running of the shifts when the Head Chef is not present, producing up to 1000 meals at a time. You will be well organized and be able to work well under pressure. You'll be set up for success if you have: Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have legal right to work Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks Relevant culinary qualification and at least 2 years on the job experience acting as either a Sous or a Senior CDP A trade test will be required for the interview

What we offer: This is a full time position, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 including alternate weekends. Shifts range between 6am - 7.30pm, leaving your evenings free
