Full Job Description

As a Sous Chef you will need to be a real leader. Having some experience in dealing with staff to help with the management of a kitchen team with various levels of skills and capabilities. You will be confident with overseeing of the kitchen, from maintaining supplier relationships, managing food costs, assisting with rotas to understanding health and safety regulations.
