Full Job Description
- Be the second in command of our dedicated brigade along side our Head Chef
- Be hands on in the kitchen with our lunch, afternoon tea and dinner menus
- Help in future menu development for a la carte restaurant menus, events and our private Dining Domes
- Have a hands on role in managing the kitchen, maintaining standards, assisting with ordering, rotas, training and development for kitchen and front of house team members
- Be responsible for regulations and legislation within our kitchen
