Leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation
Contributing creative ideas to menus and driving continuous improvement
Training, mentoring, and motivating junior chefs to excel in their roles
Overseeing food safety, hygiene, and stock management to meet company standards
Managing orders and minimizing food waste to maintain cost control

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior chef role within a fast-paced kitchen
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
Creative flair, a passion for food, and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality dishes
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
A proactive attitude with a willingness to take responsibility and lead by example

Salary up to £35,000 per annum, based on experience
