Full Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sous Chef to support the culinary operations at Princethorpe School. This role involves assisting in delivering high-quality, fresh, and innovative meals to students, staff, and for special school events. You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain excellent standards and bring creativity to the kitchen.   • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing fresh, seasonal menus.
  • Ensure smooth daily kitchen operations and maintain high food quality standards.
  • Support and guide kitchen staff to foster a productive team environment.

    Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
