Sous Chef - Kings Hill

We know that an excellent Sous Chef is one of the key ingredients to a successful kitchen, so this role will see you supporting your Head Chef, deputising in their absence and assisting with the development of the kitchen team to deliver efficient, high quality food service to our customers.

Shepherd Neame is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team, so if you are a proven chef with experience at a senior level and you are looking for a new challenge; this may be just the job for you.

The Spitfire is a contemporary pub that forms part of the 650-acre West Malling King's Hill business and residential park. The pub stands on the former Battle of Britain RAF West Malling base. Outside, there's a lush green garden with ample seating for living the alfresco lifestyle. The Spitfire enjoys a great reputation for its food, dishes are freshly-prepared on the premises from local, seasonal produce, and enjoyed in spacious, stylish dining areas on both floors., Britain's oldest brewer, Shepherd Neame, has been based in the market town of Faversham, Kent for over 300 years.
