Assist the Executive Chef with menu creation.
Supervise daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness.
Adhere to and enforce policies and procedures for smooth operations and food safety.
Responsible for own work section and lead team members assigned to his / her section.
