Full Job Description

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and leading the team.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistent quality and creativity.
  • Contribute to menu planning and execution of fresh, seasonal dishes.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and reduce waste to meet budget targets.

    Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and mentor the team effectively.
  • A creative approach to menu development and a passion for delivering top-quality dishes.
  • Excellent understanding of food cost management and kitchen efficiency.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
