Full Job Description
- Preparing and cooking traditional British dishes to a high standard
- Overseeing the kitchen including 6 Chefs and 4 kitchen porters
- Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met within the kitchen
- Work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff
- To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
- To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
