Full Job Description

  • To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to a high standard

  • Support the head chef to manage the day to day running of the kitchen, including managing wastage and paperwork

  • Deliver private and official functions

  • Share your input to develop menus for private functions

  • Follow recipes and prepare food for service

  • Deliver first class food throughout service

  • To share responsibility for the checking, probing, and signing of all food deliveries to ensure that only the highest standard of produce is accepted into the unit.

  • To assist the Head Chef in evaluating the training needs of the kitchen staff.

  • As a member of our team, you are equally responsible for cleaning and hygiene and that any assigned daily and weekly cleaning duties are carried out.

    Must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided for the past 5 years.

  • Previous experience at sous level

  • Relevant culinary qualification

  • DBS check required

    You will have worked in a kitchen environment in an alike position. Your mission is clear, you must deliver great food to our customers, maintaining standards of presentation, hygiene, and organisation.

  • Yearly salary of £29,115.32

  • Permanent position

  • Full time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Shifts range between 0600-2100. You may be required to work the occasional weekend for functions or special occasions.
