• Experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a fresh food-focused restaurant
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Due to the location, a valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle are essential.


• Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per year (based on experience) + Tips + Bonuses
