A Sous Chef is required for one of the top hospitality companies in London & New York at their flagship fine dining restaurant in London.
- Salary £50,000 - £55,000
- Taster Menu & A'la carte
- 2aa Rosette
- Working under an exceptional Exec Head Chef
- Great kitchen and company culture

- 4 days on 3 days off
- 18 chef brigade
- 40 - 45 Hours
