High standard of food knowledge and skill with an eagerness to deliver delicious food using only fresh ingredients at ##teamdisplayname## The experience to assist in managing and supervising the kitchen team An up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal knowledge A willingness to develop on a personal level in this quickly expanding collection of pubs.

Some of the things you will be doing as a Sous Chef
Produce high-quality dishes in line with the specifications at ##teamdisplayname## Supporting the Head Chef with recruitment and induction of new team members Ensure that the kitchen operates effectively and efficiently at all times Deputies in the absence of a Head Chef planning and directing food preparation where necessary Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and take control of any problematic situation Manage and train kitchen team to ensure overall team performance is at its highest at all times Order supplies and stock inventory appropriately Overseeing deliveries Conduct kitchen audits in line with company expectations, maintaining the operational standards at all times Assist with stock-taking and periodic audits
