Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. I have a Monday-Fri Day shifts 0800-1430 for a Chef De Partie, a Weekend Shift for a Sous Chef 0730-1330. You must have all the relevant NVQ or City & Guilds certificates, & A minimum of Level 2 Food Hygiene, Allergen Awareness., Based in a busy kitchen, your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare delicious food to menu specifications, ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.
• Ensure all ingredients are available for the entire menu matrix.
• Take pride in your business and share agreed standards with your team.
• Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
