SP&D Administrator

Main Purpose of the Position: To ensure all aspects of Supply, Purchasing & Deliveries administration meet the requirements of Ardagh Metal Beverage, Wrexham Plant.

Key Objectives:

• To effectively control packaging postings within SAP / SAP Fiori.


• Ensure correct call off for different packaging types to meet Wrexham plants production requirements and confirm packaging usage daily.


• Liaise with Packaging Sort Departments in other regions within Ardagh Group, external packaging warehouses in the UK, and Ardagh Trading Ltd in the UK and Europe.


• Process SAP adjustments on a weekly basis or as and when required and make relevant investigations.


• To monitor and record card sorted daily and assist in monitoring any packaging deemed to be scrap packaging.


• Assist in planning productions for Wrexham plant based on Authority to Manufacture from Ardagh Trading Ltd regions.


• Call off coil requirements daily and manage coil supply as required.


• Complete monthly supplier coil call's off's.


• Manage scrap and wash process requirements for packaging.


• Extend new materials into Wrexham plant and issue the plan out to the relevant people within Wrexham plant.


• Support with Health & Safety, 6S housekeeping and other projects and initiatives.


• Provide cover and support for the Supply, Purchasing and Deliveries Team.
  
  5 G.C.S.E's or equivalent - including maths and English.


Languages

Fluent in English required.

Computer Skills

Computer literate -(Office / SAP / Word / Excel) - Good knowledge of SAP would be preferred.

Previous Job / Project Experience:

Any relevant experience in a FMCG environment beneficial but not essential.
