This role involves a range of shifts (between 6am - 10pm) including weekends, 5 days out of 7.
To take pride in checking changing room areas and swimming pool for cleanliness every 30 minutes.
To take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of all fitness equipment understanding teamwork and flexibility.
To report any maintenance faults to the Spa Manager.
To respectfully assist guests and members with any queries where ever possible and referring to a Senior Manager if required.
To take ownership of pool testing and look after and monitor pool water records and file appropriately.
To always keep the plant room safe, tidy and hazard free

Experience in providing high standards of face to face customer service
You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and will be well presented

£24,960 annual salary
