• Membership sales


• Creating member profiles on our system (Hart) and ensure they are kept up to date


• Process direct debit monthly runs


• Carry out show rounds


• Process member renewals


• Issuing guest passes


• Creating welcoming packs for all new members


• Assisting with arranging member events and coffee mornings


• General administration tasks


• Duty Management shifts

We're actively seeking a Spa Membership Sales Manager here at Pennyhill Park. You'll be responsible for membership sales, show rounds and administration for our guests and members to ensure it's seamless and stress free!
