Full Job Description

Reporting to the Spa Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

  • To welcome our guests, providing care, warmth and efficiency in every guest connection. Stop the clock and allow guests to begin their timeless Spa memory. Put them at ease with your exceptional presentation skills, professionalism and efficiency.

  • You will be expected to maintain superior levels of hygiene, cleanliness, tidiness and complete Health and Safety checks throughout the spa.

  • Anticipating guest needs by being fully aware of arrivals, departures and monitoring traces. Experience of Spa or Hotel Reservations systems is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrating excellent presentation skills and attention to detail shown in all client interactions from telephone calls to payments.

  • Display a positive can-do attitude and the passion to stand out and be proud of our hotel and MGallery brand during tours and always delivering 5 Star Service.

  • To take pride and ownership in the opening and closing procedures of our Spa and Leisure complex

  • To exude a passion for providing excellence in service and excelling as a team in upselling promotions, vouchers, retail and treatments.

    Previous experience working within customer service, reception, spa/leisure facility is preferred.

  • Previous experience working in a pool plant room is preferred.
