Spa Receptionist

Our Spa Receptionists welcome our guests and members to Ned's Club Spa which features eight beautiful treatment rooms, sauna, steam room & 20 metre heated indoor swimming pool. With a range of treatments and services available, including professional products, Ned's Club Spa is a one stop shop for total head to toe maintenance.,

• You will be the first point of contact for spa guests and members, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment


• You will use your exceptional knowledge and passion for our products to advise guests and members about the treatments and services available


• You will schedule of treatments and services, accommodating guest preferences and therapist availability


• You will maintain our various systems and reports along with daily admin duties. Skills in Opera or similar are an advantage
