Spa Receptionist

As a Spa Receptionist, you will provide a professional, prompt and friendly service to all guests as they arrive to the Aqua Sana Reception, in line with Company and Industry standards. You will ensure the smooth running of the reception area on a day-to-day basis, taking care of all guest bookings and queries ensuring treatment and retail sales are maximised and we deliver the highest standard of guest care and profitability. Working as part of a team, the role requires a professional but outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.

Desirable requirements:
• Previous experience of working as a receptionist within a customer service environment
• Beauty / Spa knowledge
  
  You will be contracted to work 75 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts will fall between 7am and 10pm, working 2 out of 4 weekends.
