Full Job Description

  • As the first point of contact you'll give a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all spa members and guests
  • Answering all requests and queries in a friendly yet professional manner
  • You'll be taking payments for both spa services and retail
  • Supporting the daily Spa operation
  • Handling beauty and indoor and outdoor activity bookings as and when required

    Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential as we will train and develop you
  • Good understanding of the characteristics and qualities that customers want from Spa / health and fitness centres
  • A flexible approach is required as this role will involve you working a mixture of shifts including weekends on a rotational basis
  • What skills do I need?
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Organised with an eye for detail
  • Strong communications skills
  • Knowledge of electronic booking systems would be desirable but not essential
