Full Job Description
- As the first point of contact you'll give a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all spa members and guests
- Answering all requests and queries in a friendly yet professional manner
- You'll be taking payments for both spa services and retail
- Supporting the daily Spa operation
- Handling beauty and indoor and outdoor activity bookings as and when required
Enjoy working as part of a team - Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential as we will train and develop you
- Good understanding of the characteristics and qualities that customers want from Spa / health and fitness centres
- A flexible approach is required as this role will involve you working a mixture of shifts including weekends on a rotational basis What skills do I need?
- Exceptional customer service
- Organised with an eye for detail
- Strong communications skills
- Knowledge of electronic booking systems would be desirable but not essential
