Full Job Description

As Spa Receptionist you will perform a key supporting role in delivering our Spa service. Being the face and first point of contact for our guests you will ensure the warmest welcome providing an exceptional, service to all guests. You will maximise sales opportunities and bookings by way of excellent people skills and product knowledge.

This is not a 'behind the desk' role. As Spa Receptionist you will be on your feet, meeting and greeting guests, providing tours, information and arranging treatment bookings. We are looking for someone who loves to make guests smile every day and has high standards of service and great attention to detail.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Ensure a first-class welcome to the guests, providing guidance and information on the procedures and treatments at the spa.

Manage all calls, queries and bookings daily on the reception desk, maximising sales and processing payments.

Take pride in keeping the spa reception clean, tidy and presented to the highest standards, opening and closing this area each day.

Keep the spa team informed of appointments and changes to the bookings.

Previous experience as a Receptionist, plus experience using reservations and/or booking systems is beneficial. We are seeking people with a positive, can-do attitude, eager to learn and develop their skills.
