The new spa is state-of-the-art with new and exciting experiences for our customers to relax Inside, pamper Inside, and indulge Inside. The Spa includes wellness experiences consisting of 9 different heat experiences, Relaxation room, dedicated nail bar and four treatment rooms. Our goal is to build an outstanding reputation for service and value. We are seeking all those who love providing excellent customer service! In this role you will be responsible for: You will be responsible for taking bookings within on the spa reception and also have the pleasure of meeting and greeting our guests on their arrival at Spa Reception. You are the start of our guests' journey with us; providing friendly and informative service is key to making the right first impression on our guests. As a spa receptionist, you will provide a professional and friendly service to all guests as they arrive. You will ensure the smooth running of the reception area daily, taking care of all guests' bookings and queries with the highest standard of guest care. Working as part of a team, the role requires a professional yet considerate approach, accompanied by enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction. The Spa Receptionist role will require you to be efficient, have competent computer skills, and have an excellent telephone manner whilst taking the guest's booking. You will have confidence talking with our guests, coordinating their requirements and selling everything that is wonderful about our spa You will be part of our remarkable team, taking reservations by email and telephone using multiple booking systems.

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience working as a Receptionist , spa or Reservation Agent would be desirable
  • Thrive working within a busy environment
  • Genuine, friendly telephone manner with a positive attitude
  • Passionate with a willingness to learn
  • Strong administration and computer literate - IT
  • Accurate data processing with good organisational/time management skills
  • Resilient with creativity and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Previous knowledge of Spa Booking Systems would be desirable (Premier Spa)
