As the first point of contact you'll give a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all spa members and guests
Answering all requests and queries in a friendly yet professional manner
You'll be taking payments for both spa services and retail
Supporting the daily Spa operation
Handling beauty and indoor and outdoor activity bookings as and when required

Enjoy working as part of a team
Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential as we will train and develop you
Good understanding of the characteristics and qualities that customers want from Spa / health and fitness centres
A flexible approach is required as this role will involve you working a mixture of shifts including weekends on a rotational basis
Exceptional customer service
Organised with an eye for detail
Strong communications skills
Knowledge of electronic booking systems would be desirable but not essential
