To work alongside the Spa Manager to ensure the smooth running of the spa. Spa Therapists will manage their own daily column consisting of massage/facial/manicures/pedicures only.

We're looking to bring on board someone who has BEST-IN-CLASS expertise in beauty, skin care and relaxation treatments., Are you an enthusiastic, driven, and professional Spa Therapist who is passionate about delivering extraordinary experiences within a beautiful private spa in Windsor?

Then look no further! We are seeking Spa Therapists who are team players and are passionate about providing the highest levels of customer care. You will deliver the highest quality treatments and aftercare advice for clients, as well as promote the salon and our services.

You must be able to build a strong relationship with clients and use excellent customer service and people skills to retain a good client base. You must also be able to manage your treatment times efficiently and build strong knowledge and understanding of our treatments and retail products.

We work with only the best, luxury brands such as ESPA, MediK8, Gel Bottle, Lycon, Sienna X and Elleebana to name a few. You will be provided with excellent training and progression.

We ensure everything we do is done with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail, and so we are on the lookout for someone who:

• Holds NVQ Level 2 and 3 or equivalent


• Must hold body massage qualification


• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar spa environment.


• Experience using ESPA and The Gel Bottle (or alike)


• Excellent communication and organisation skills


• High level of professionalism


• Honest & Trustworthy


• Can work well under pressure across multiple tasks


• Fantastic work ethic and a great team spirit


• Ability to efficiently tend to client needs and requests


• A passion for all things beauty


• Calm and supportive characteristics


• Excellent time keeping and reliable, Saturday and/or Sunday, Beauty Therapist: 3 years (required)
