We are recruiting for a SPARE PARTS COORDINATOR to work on-site at Omega, Warrington

  • Your role in our team
  • responsible for all materials required by the Maintenance Team (including mechanical and EI&C spare parts, small parts, lubricants, tools, test equipment)

  • creation and tracking of material orders and deliveries, ensuring completeness and correctness of goods received

  • periodic stock check and annual inventory of stored materials

  • creation of material-related analyses / key figures

  • support for the Maintenance Manager in preparation of cost estimates / budgets for material consumption


  • Ideal candidate profile
  • relevant Electrical and/or Mechanical qualification and/or successful completion of Dual Training Programme as Electrician and/or Mechanic

  • Electrical and/or Mechanical maintenance experience with industrial equipment and machinery, ideally in the sector of automated equipment or warehouse management

  • good technical understanding of mechanical / electrical components

  • prioritization skills in relation to processing of orders to operational requirements

  • autonomous and solution-oriented method of working, and a sense of responsibility
