Full Job Description

  • You'll join as a Spares Coordinator and will work alongside a fabulous team who work really well together - you'll be supported by an excellent management team.

  • It will be your job to coordinate the timely processing of orders for spare parts; your customers are based around the world and you will liaise with them both by email and over the telephone.

  • There will be liaison with other departments including purchasing, production and planning to ensure that customers receive the best service.

  • You'll work across MS Excel, MRP/ERP systems as well as online portals.

    Are you an experienced administrator with experience from within a manufacturing or engineering company? Can you read technical specifications and understand assembly drawings? Do you enjoy a busy role?, You'll be a strong administrator with a background in engineering or manufacturing.

  • You should have a good eye for detail and an understanding of the spare parts process.

  • It's essential that you're able to read assembly drawings and have had exposure to Bills of Materials and Parts Lists.

  • You will enjoy a multi-faceted role where you'll coordinate customer care, administration and export of goods.
