Full Job Description
The purpose of this post is to support the delivery of transformation programmes across Children and Young People's services in Sutton. The overarching focus is to improve outcomes, access and lived experiences across health and care for children and young people and their families/carers in Sutton. The post holder will support transformation programmes across Sutton Place (ICB and Sutton Council) and support the development of integrated working and delivery across Sutton's system partners, providers and children and young people. The post holder will be a member of the Sutton Alliance, Sutton Place and contribute to the Place team's integrated objectives and deliverables and will ensure that their workstream of programmes are planned, managed effectively and will take the lead in assisting in their successful delivery. The post holder would be expected to provide and receive highly complex, sensitive or contentious information, where agreement or cooperation is required. They will need strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with local providers, health and care professionals, politicians, local communities and citizens, and key stakeholders to gain credibility and trust. They will also be required to present complex, sensitive or contentious information to large groups., The post holder will support transformation programmes across Sutton Place ( ICB and Sutton Council) and support the development of integrated working and delivery across Sutton's system partners, providers and children and young people.The post holder will be a member of the Sutton Alliance, Sutton Place and contribute to the Place team's integrated objectives and deliverables and will ensure that their workstream of programmes are planned, managed effectively and will take the lead in assisting in their successful delivery.,
