Joining the Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust as a Project Support Officer for Speaking Up Safely and the wider Culture Change Directorate offers an exciting and impactful opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fostering a culture of openness, safety, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals, committed to driving cultural transformation and ensuring that every voice is heard and valued.
Flexibility of thinking and adaptability are essential for this role. You will need to manage multiple tasks and priorities, often working under tight deadlines. An ability to think and adapt to changing circumstances is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our projects. Strong communication skills are vital, as you will be liaising with a wide range of stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Your proactive attitude will help you anticipate the needs of the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes., The Speaking up Safely (SUS) and Culture Change (CC) Project Support Manager will autonomously manage elements of specific
Speaking Up Safely and Culture Change projects as delegated.
The post holder will also ensure that standard project management methodologies are applied to successfully deliver projects.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments and stakeholders.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
