Full Job Description

+ Assist the lead teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to the needs of each child.
+ Provide individual support to children, particularly those requiring special education assistance.
+ Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
+ Help maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all students, focusing on toddler care and development.
+ Observe and document children's progress, providing feedback to the lead teacher on individual achievements and areas for improvement.
+ Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills related to special education and child care.

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support this school in a temporary or part time capacity. You will be fostering a positive learning environment for children. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, including autism., + Experience working with children, especially those with special educational needs or autism is highly desirable.
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children and colleagues.
+ A genuine passion for educating young learners and supporting their developmental needs.
+ Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
+ Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards working with diverse groups of children.
+ Relevant qualifications in education or child care are advantageous but not mandatory.
