Full Job Description

To promote and support the progress and achievement of SEND students throughout the school. This role will be student-focused and will ensure high standards and expectations for both SEND students and staff.

+ Possession of or working towards the NASENCo or equivalent qualification
+ Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development
+ Awareness of curricula and pedagogical issues relating to literacy and numeracy
+ Experience of engaging young people in learning who have been disconnected from education
