The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate SENCO to join our vibrant school community. You will play a crucial role in leading our special educational needs provision, working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure that every child receives the support they need to succeed.,

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive learning environments.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of students with SEN, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and caregivers, ensuring open communication and partnership.
