Someone who has experience working with children with SEND and supporting the wider staff team; ideally those with experience working with children with ASC - An intelligent, considered and talented individual to support children with SEND to be the best they can be

- Someone with a good sense of humour who is willing to fully engage in the life of the school community and truly embraces 'Investment in GOLD standard'., We are looking to appoint an SEND TA to support school's evolving SEND offer and to join a team of SEND practitioners. As a rule, we don't operate a 1:1 model with children with SEND but we do have a growing team of people dedicated to working as a team and in close partnership with the teachers and SENDCo to support the differing needs of our children. This is a role with lots of opportunity for future progression and development. You will be a key part of shaping our school offer alongside our SENDCo. We want to employ someone who has the ambition, drive and resilience to serve in an inner-city school and who is unwavering in their commitment to improve the outcomes and lives of children.
