Full Job Description
The successful candidate will be expected to rotate through all sections of the department. You may be required to work on any of our other sites, as the need arises.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, HCPC registered Specialist Biomedical Scientistwith relevant post-registration experience., Suitably qualified Band 5 candidates with a desire to complete their specialist portfolio will be considered .
The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital (SaTH) Pathology Services are accredited to UKAS standards. The Biochemistry section is equipped with Roche Cobas 8000 analysers and Roche pre-analytics and middleware. The Protein section has Sebia and Binding Site analysers The department is an approved IBMS/HCPC training laboratory and continuous professional development is actively encouraged.
