Specialist Biomedical Scientist - Biochemistry - 12 month fixed term

This post is based at Kingston Hospital however the post holder may be required to work at any of the South West London Pathology sites as and when necessary.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and motivated State Registered Biomedical Scientists to join a well-established team within the Biochemistry section of this busy department, which has full Clinical Pathology Accreditation. The department actively encourages further education and CPD activities. Biomedical scientists within the Biochemistry section work on Roche Cobas 8000 analysers and Roche P612 pre-analytics. We will be transitioning to Beckman Coulter analysers early in 2025.

We are currently seeking to recruit to a part-time post and are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, hard-working individual able to demonstrate a flexible approach to work., Applicants must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and have post registration experience in a CPA or IBMS accredited laboratory.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the 24 hour/ seven day service.
