Full Job Description

This post holder will work under the supervision of the Team Leader at Unity Sexual Health (Central Clinic) and the Community Clinic Co-ordinator.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite of systems including Word and Excel

  • Experience in dealing with patients / customers

  • Customer service skills

  • Attention to detail


  • You will provide a comprehensive, efficient and reliable administrative service working on reception and the single point of access telephone line, handling patient enquiries and bookings for clinics being offered within Unity Sexual Health.

    Additional roles include maintenance of up-to-date patient records, assembly of self-test kits and support of other departments within Unity Sexual Health.

    An opportunity has arisen for permanent part-time Receptionists to join the team at Unity Sexual Health and in Pregnancy Advisory Service.

    One role of 17 hours at Unity Main Reception and the second role of 10 hours at Pregnancy Advice Service.

    We are a free NHS service providing STI testing and treatment, contraception and pregnancy advice for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

    Unity Sexual Health is provided by University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust in partnership with :
