We are seeking committed and proactive Specialist Cleaning Operatives to enhance our skilled team., As a Specialist Cleaning Operative, you will engage in a variety of floor restoration and maintenance projects. After receiving training, you will work independently and collaboratively to maintain our high standards for quality and client satisfaction., Participate in diverse floor restoration and maintenance projects, encompassing both routine and specialized tasks.
- Carry out Builders Cleans, Deep Cleans, and Floor Buffing/Polishing, including stripping and sealing.
- Adhere to set cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
Physical stamina to perform tasks, including lifting and moving items.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards related to cleaning practices is a plus.
- Full, clean driving license required with a maximum of 3 points.
- A positive "Can-Do" attitude is essential.
- Proven experience in the cleaning industry is crucial.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and develop skills within our growing business.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility in working hours, with the ability to travel and work night shifts across East Anglia as needed.
- Secure parking facility for the company van required, as you will be working from your home location.
