Full Job Description

The Pharmacy Department at East Kent Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust are seeking highly motivated pharmacists to join our growing team of specialist clinicalpharmacists., This Specialist Clinical Pharmacist Surgery post will involve working directly on the wards as part of the multidisciplinary team to support and advise on the safe and effective use of medicines within Surgery. You will lead the daily clinical service provided by pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to the surgical wards at one of our three acute sites. There will be opportunities to get involved in work at a care group level including; financial reporting and savings, service improvement, teaching and research and audit. You will be supported by Advanced Pharmacists specialising surgery and the Lead Surgical Services Pharmacist. There will the opportunity for personal development and mapping your practice against the advanced level framework.
