Specialist Community Support Worker

Additional payments - 25% pay enhancement for all weekend hours worked and sleep-in payment of £96 for any sleep shifts worked. Working Pattern - 16 hours per week, to be worked over 2 days which includes a sleep-in. Duties will be carried out according to the rota which may include some weekends and early evening work. You will work cohesively and consistently within the team to meet the individual's needs, encouraging independence, care planning, risk assessing and also liaising with family/carers or other stakeholders.
