Full Job Description

· To provide a clinical dietetic service at Band 6 level to patients at St Bartholomew's Hospital and The Royal London Hospital. To provide an effective, flexible nutritional support service to Head and Neck oncology inpatients and outpatients, including those undergoing surgery and oncological treatment.
· To work alongside the Senior Specialist Dietitian for Oncology.
· To participate in continuing professional development, as well as innovative learning and development opportunities
· To undertake regular audits, service evaluations and quality improvement projects which will contribute to developing the head and neck oncology dietetic service and ensure evidence-based practice.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Dietitian to join our innovative dietetic team at Barts Health NHS Trust. This post will be in the Head and Neck Oncolgy team.
This post is suitable for an experienced band 5 Dietitian or a Dietitian currently working at a band 6 level. The role will allow you to gain experience working in busy inpatient and outpatient settings. You will be providing a dietetic service to patients throughout the treatment pathway.
You will be working closely with both the dietetic team and the wider MDT team, made up of consultants, CNS' and other AHPs.
